When i first arrived a got a cold shoulder from a lady at desk. Then I called to ask how breakfast works, the same lady told me she would call me back and never got a call back. The room had a horrible odor when i complained they sent maintenance he did nothing. He said the fridge was at low cooling not true I had checked it already. They didn't change the room until 3pm I couldn't stand the smell I had to switch. Since I had until 3pm i was forced to leave and I was there for a surgery so very inconvenient. Other than that breakfast was good and restaurant food was delicious.

Fire alarm went off at 3am. Had to evacuate the building. Staff were no where to be found during situation. Room smelled faintly of mold. The entire downstairs does because of the humidity from the pool. This is clearly not properly ventilated. You guys have no sign on the building. The sign on the road is blocked by trees. We had no way of knowing where the hell we were until we were right next to the lobby. Bathroom cleanliness was suspect.

Door opener broken when we checked in. Staff was courteous enough but put us in a different room overlooking the pool which was extremely noisy without any means of reducing the sound. Fortunately the pool hours provided relief at 9:pm, but promptly started up again in the morning. Called desk to see if we could change rooms again for the second day but didn’t hear back. The whole atmosphere of the hotel felt pretty chaotic and unprofessional with staffers arguing loudly within earshot of costumers. Will not go back here again.

Moisty and nasty, over priced

Bathroom smelled like human sweat AC wasnt working when we arrived the sr that fixed it was nice ,good customer service Bathtub dirty i had to clean it woth Clorox Wipes Had to spray Freshener because it smelled moisty inside the room and i had a runny nose the hole time, also hard to breath. Felt uncomfortable the hole time People smoked weed in the hallway making it stink Also there was a window which even when curtains were all the way close, you could look inside to a mirror which reflected the whole inside of the room, bed included. Definetly not worth $320 not even cheap hotels that i have went to are this dirty ,i wanted something fancy for me and my partner and it was totally the opposite. It felt like a cheap motel.

The toilet needed ten pulls and refills to flush, the tub faucet was glued to the wall with caulk NOT mechanically attached. Went to find basic groceries and the room smelled like death when we got back. Did not when we left 40 minutes earlier. The valet parking was two dudes smoking weed and the hot tub/pool closed at 9. Coming from a football camp that was the only reason we chose this place. Run down under managed only good for a place to stay for the eight hours you sleep or less. Would never recommend.

The room had roaches, the air conditioner smelled like mildew and mold, and the smell of wedding buffet food smelled up the entire room. We checked out early and the man at the desk didn't care at all about my complaints.
