The room is very dated. Huge stains all over the carpet. Non of the amenities work. Pool cold, pool area cold and hot tub does not workf the 3 lame pieces of equipment work

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The toilet didn't flush upon arrival. Desk was helpful and it was fixed quickly. Breakfast was good. The parking is ample. The negative was that the previous snow had not been cleared and it was packed ice. All other parking lots near were clear. It snowed overnight so there was six inches on top of the ice which was dangerous for even walking to the car. If I hadn't prepaid, I would not have stayed there with the packed ice in the parking lot while all other near parking lots were clear of ice.

The staff was extremely friendly on check-in. Our room was very very clean. And the shower was so hot. It was perfect. Breakfast each of the two mornings was typical Holiday inn Fair. Enjoyable and tasty. Would definitely stay here again.
