When we checked in the front desk lady said Expedia overbooked the room so we did not get the double bed room we reserved in advance. The lady said it’s Expedia and our problem because we did not call to hotel after reservation to confirm again.

Homewood Suites are fantastic! Love having a living room area and kitchen, including a full size fridge and microwave. Staff was helpful and friendly. Area was close to L-train station for easy travel.

Overall, our stay was good. The hotel itself is very nice, great amenities, breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean and staff was friendly and good to work with. We had a bad experience checking in with our room not being ready and having to wait making us late for our dinner reservation. The staff has told us they plan to give us a discount to make up for the inconvenience which we appreciate. Other than that everything was good.

I booked this hotel for Beyond Wonderland and it was perfect. The surrounding area is very nice with everything you need in walking distance. The hotel itself and the room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. A great experience overall and will be booking again in the future.
