Rooms were very spacious with tall ceilings. Bathroom had a few spots that could've been cleaner, but over all it was fine. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety.

We stayed here because I had a procedure at Rush hospital and this was close and a lower price than some of the other hotels in this area. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice. There were plenty of amenities, but the telephone didn't allow you to call the desk, it was dead. The UPC to scan on the TV regarding dinning didn't work. We waited at check in and we're supposed to be notified when our room was ready and no one told us until we went back and asked ourselves. There was a baby screaming somewhere down the hall all evening until at least 10:30 pm. The fact that you have to pay $30 a night for parking, though common these days, I think is ridiculous since you're a guest at the hotel.

This was our second time staying at the property for concerts at the United center. It's a perfect location within easy walking distance. Nice spacious and clean rooms and the on-site food is good as well.

Our A/C was broken the first night and they couldn't fix it until the next morning. It took a bit but they did take care of it. They did cover our parking costs as well for the all the trouble.

The hotel and staff were very nice. I traveled to Chicago for the WuTang concert at the United Center. The hotel is within walking distance, but I feel that it was more convenient to do Lyft. The rooms are nice and spacious with full amenities. I liked that the rooms were like a small apartments. The bathroom was a little small with limited counter space, but clean. Overall my experience for my stay was great and I would stay again.
