The staff working at the front desk were lovely and so helpful! The room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. I only wished that the lights in the room/bathroom didn't automatically turn off every 20 minutes, that got a little frustrating especially when in the shower.

They ran out of parking spaces, so we had to park at a parking garage 2 blocks down in extremely cold weather. They overbooked the type of room we had reserved and we had to downgrade, but they comped us with a free bar drink each. The rooms were clean and the hotel bar was nice. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would go there again. The proximity to the United Center is a huge bonus!
