Breakfast choices was amazing anything you could want for breakfast was there from Asian and sushi to crepes and omelettes Amazing service by staff that would remember your name and room number Special acknowledgment to Widha and Dian for the friendly service and help The rooms were good size and very comfortable pillows and beds. Yoga who cleaned my room did a great job impressing me with his towel creations. I found the front desk to be helpful and super accommodating. The pools are beautiful and the property is stunning very lush and well maintained. Highly recommend a stay here for warm Balinese hospitality

What an amazing place to stay.. the 5 swimming pools were so clean and very beautiful. The bedroom I stayed in was also spacious. I would come back again to Courtyard by Marriott Nusa Dua

They are ysing too much air freshener that was very concentrated in the room and had a hard time breathing. As no other rooms wer available we had to request an air purifier that helped. They do have a beach club that is nice, the attention was excellent and the food was good. But the beach had a lot of garbage and trapped in the seaweed and it should be cleaned out. No maintenance in the beach area was seen and the beach has a lot of corals that you can't walk into the water without sandals.

I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and resorts over the years and this one hands down was by far the best experience I have ever had. The hospitality was exceptional, the resort was beautiful and within easy walking distance to beaches/restaurants. Courtesy shuttles also brought you to a beach and shopping district. The manager of the resort, Milton, went out of his way to introduce himself to us and others and took time out of his day to get to know his guests. Really exceptional experience all around. I have already recommended this resort to family/friends looking to stay in Bali. Typically a resort is somewhere I just look forward to putting my head down to sleep at night, but this resort offered lots to do and was so relaxing. Big thanks to Milton and all of the workers there for making this an unforgettable trip.

Property is as expected of Marriott. However, they do not allow Bonvoy points when using 3rd party, which is silly. Also, the walls are thin, so any conversation next door or out in corridor is easily heard. Bring ear plugs for your sanity.

Overall, the experience was brilliant. Good service, high level of accommodation. Everything you need all in one place for a relaxing holiday. Walking distance to restaurants and pubs was very convenient. The pool and lazy river worked a charm with enough place to sit around the pool. All pools are nice and big but edge/tail around shaded pool, (diagonal to the bar that is in the center of the shaded pools), needs to be repaired as it represents a hazard while walking by or stepping on it. Staff and service was attentive and resourceful. The food was okay but to be considered Five stars hotel, food could be much better. I enjoyed the gym, the atmosphere in the hotel and the cocktails in pool bar and shaded pools. Wira the bartender, 5 stars for the margaritas.
