The room we got was nice overall but I think they can upgrade their TVs to smart TVs. Was sad there was no microwave in room. Also we kept hearing scary sounds when me and my boyfriend first got in. It honestly felt like someone was already in our room. Intermittently we heard a door closing. My boyfriend finally investigated the noise and it turned out there is something bad with the heater. Other than that, room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Microwave

My staying their with my family is splendid but will encouraged the hotel management to have microwave in the rooms. Thou i request for it and was given one in our room. And also the TV in reception is old i can berely see the screen.Apart from the microwave, the staff are so professional and friendly.

As I entered the building, I was disappointed in what this hotel looked like. There were dining tables in the small lobby, which made us think (I was with my family) that they were probably doing some renovations, but that was not the case. I thought that the staff member standing behind the counter was the cashier for the restaurant, but as it turned out, she was the front desk receptionist. The dining tables are used for the buffet breakfast and customers who would like to sit after ordering their drinks. The building is dated, but I had no problem with that. What I found to be a problem was that I started to have some wheezing on our first night at the place. My son also wheezed since both of us have a history of asthma. We had no respiratory distress for several months before our stay at the hotel. We figured the carpeting must have been the culprit since it looked like it could use deep cleaning. On the bright side, their breakfast buffet offered a variety of items, including hot food. The staff members were courteous and accommodating. There were plenty of parking spaces, and it was close to different restaurants. They had coffee and hot water (with 3 types of tea bags) by the entrance. Although the place has its positive qualities, my family and I will most likely not return to this Hyatt Hotel.
