Across from a firestation. They leave ear plugs in the room for you. There was a mystery stain on the couch. The restaurant doesn't provide room service. It's very busy and lively, so at peak hours they don't take orders for delivery. The free breakfast is mid, but free, so...Subway and other cheap choices are within a 2 block walk. There are snacks in the lobby. Staff was great, otherwise my review would be worse.

the staff was fantastic and very helpful. the area around the hotel also has a lot within walking distance from dining to hidden gem bookstores. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The location is very central with several really good restaurants nearby. Walkable to top places in downtown. The room was splendid. The service was great - front desk staff was very helpful. The only thing that did not like was that the breakfast buffet was too crowded and took 20 mins of standing in line just to get food.
