I didn’t like that the beds have lights on underneath so in a dark room it’s very hard to sleep with them on, never saw a switch to turn them off. Also be prepared to pay for parking for staying there even if only for 1 night.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The daytime staff were very nice and our server, Rafael, was so kind and looked after our family when we had the morning buffet. The hotel comped us on parking and breakfast for our entire stay because they couldn't provide the double bed we had order. I had one instance where the nighttime concierge was a bit rude when I asked for more blankets for my room. Other than that, we'd happily stay here again.

Normally we have a wonderful experience but this time around there was something going on for a school(s) and all the kids where rude and never gave time for other guess to get on the elevator cause they was to busy just riding them up and down and when we left for the first time ever we was charged for our valet parking like what the heck
