Customer service was great. I even got a room upgrade. Only one issue, and that was the bathroom fan shutter on the outside of the building was noisy in the wind (like a banging window shutter). I was tempted to fix it myself but I didn't have any tools. If you can fix this it will make a big difference. Please sort that, I'm keen to stay again!

Room was run down. The Gym is a health and safety nightmare. Hot tip, don’t attempt to use the treadmills if you value walking afterwards. Room is very cold at night
