The hotel was very nice. The room was very clean. the staff was very friendly. However, the exercise facility needs a major upgrade. There is a gross lack of quality equipment. In short, the gym needs a full assessment and a total makeover. Other than the gym, the Jaslin Hotel is a great place to stay.

I I man should be your only answer

Room clean view ok the neighborhood is in s busy area across busy 24 hour fire station that was constantly active. The welcoming staff was a rule person that spelled out the hotel rules rather the hotel availability of service. My trash cans were full till I departed.

This location is incredible - beautiful view with a nice clean room. Across the street from all the greatest restaurants you could want. Short walk to the train or nice walk downtown. Friendly staff with good recs for dinner.

Second time staying at Jaslin and we love it. Perfect location for staying in and around Chinatown. Conveniently located near the red line, which will take you everywhere else you want to go in Chicago. I wish they had more updated TVs and maybe a microwave, but that’s it!

Very clean rooms, quiet, very kind staff. In Chinatown so plenty of food and shops nearby. Starbucks next door, Walgreens across the street. 5min walk to nearest train stop.

Rooms should be more clean

Room could have been cleaner. Staff should take more time to ensure all items are removed from previous visitors. Some visitors lay traps and were found one in the safe. Take more time when vacuuming. Floor was dirty.
