The shower handle and a screw were on the dirty shower floor. I called the front desk and they told me they would come by. They also asked me if I can pretty much fix the handle?! In addition, there will bugs all over floor. We found at least 5 and it is the middle of January! They offered to change rooms but it was 10:30 at night and we were tired. I am not cominf back. Thia place is gross!!!
