There motel was run down and a bit grimy, there was mold in the shower, I could see dirt on the floor, the tv didn’t work, there was no real amenities that I noticed, the pictures didn’t look like the rooms at all… the staff when checking in was great the staff checking out not the best not the worst overall it was a place for the night didn’t end up staying the full two days left early… bit disappointing

Paid for a two bed room with a fridge for 70. Received that. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room had a desk but there were no chairs, a furniture item you do not know to miss until you don't have it. Room appeared to have been cleaned but had cracked paint and leaking showerhead. there were some stains and dust missed in our of the way areas. Smelled like smoke.

The outside of my room look like a run down Motel. I went to the front desk for a remote control, because the one in my room did not work the clerk said that didn't have anymore to touch underneath the TV to see if you that help. Well it did not I asked what's the next step he can tells me he said he can't help me with anything. So no Tv, grest what a night. With children running to 11 at night dogs barking. My stay was horrible. My bathroom leak water from the ceiling so the bathroom was all wet. They couldn't give me another room because it was fully booked. I was really disappointed on Motel 6..

We got room 134. When we opened the door there was a very bad stench. We left window open and went to have a diner hoping it would air out. But when we came back it was same. Unberabel stench. We asked for diferent room but we ware denided. We went to different motel. I cant belive this was on expedia site. It was terrible.

This hotel has the worst customer service in the world. On June 11th I went to the front desk around 9 AM or maybe 9.30 and the young lady that was in charge couldn't care less. How can you have people so incompetent? If you are in this industry you need to have employees that care about people.
