This was my fourth hotel I’ve stayed at in Shinjuku over the years, and it’s hands down the best one so far. Check-in was immediate (four hours early!), rooftop bar was cool, and the room itself was cozy.

Bed uncomfy and too small Room not cleaned properly (loads of dust on the floor) Room looks bigger and nicer on the photos online Bath not even big enough to fully sit in, and no separate shower. Service poor, I asked for clean cups (because they left our cups dirty when partially cleaning our room) and they made me go downstairs to reception to get them myself We actually had another 2 days booked here for later in the week but we cancelled them and booked another hotel, I've never done this before This does not remotely seem like a 4* hotel, even 3* is a push

Barely any staff interaction since they just point to the self service counter. Room looked like old motel. Bathtub was so high that we keep bumping out leg to take showers. Overall bad experience. Place does not look like the nice pictures on website.

Staff was great, took good care of our luggages we sent via Yamamoto and also offered to keep them before check-in. The room was clean however the carpets in the whole hotel look like they could be changed out. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together and covered with one double bed mattress cover and fitted sheet. I still slept comfortably but thought it was weird. Tje room was just big enough for 2 people. The complimentary breakfast was also ok - more options than other hotels.

The only thing 4 star about this hotel is the area it is in. This place's courtyard is rat infested and the room was way too small and very uncomfortable.

Very small room. Tried to use the balcony bar one evening however after being left waiting for 10 minutes at the entrance, was told as I was only 1 person I couldn’t sit outside. Felt unfair and so I decided to just go back to my room. Terrible service and tainted my stay.

Perfect area, can walk to great spots especially for dinner and drinks. Lobby had a restaurant and coffee bar which was great.
