The airport shuttle took like 45 minutes to pick me up. I was almost an hour when they tell you that it’s every 15 minutes and it was very cold outside. Everything else was good.

The beds were as hard as rocks, there was no bedding for the pullout couch, which two was having spring sticking through the mattress. There was not enough towels. We were not notified of the room being ready till we have after checked in at 6:30 at night. We finally got an email. We had emailed we were ready for a early check in at 9 AM.

I was told free parking and WiFi and breakfast. Once I got to the hotel I was told that’s it was all a lie and I had to pay $40 dollars a night for parking.

Everything was perfect except for my suspicion of a prior guest’s stay with animal. Although, the room appeared very clean, those of us allergic to dogs know without actually knowing. My allergy symptoms began to rage within two hours. My wish is that hotels dedicate an entire floor for guests who travel with their furry companions, considering that a large population of individuals are allergic to dogs and/or cats.
