Disappointed that one of the two eaterieswe wanted to dine at was closed. So we ate offsite- 9pm return (told at check in bar would close at 9:30) and couldn’t even get a drink- 5 staff standing around and to be told no- pretty disappointed.

The hotel staff were excellent the location was great but the breakfast was possibly the worst breakfast I have ever experienced anywhere in the world and I have stayed in some very remote places. We had 3 breakfasts there but on the 4th day we decided to go hungry

A great location with easy access to waterfront and Courtenay place. Enjoyed a very quiet room with extremely comfortable bed. Check in was a bit on the slow side but that was the only negative.

Initially we had done problems. Water temperature in room was terrible. Some staff in bar not friendly/helpful. However - when speaking to concierge he immediately rectified the issues. Changed our room and treated us well. His customer service made a big difference. French waitress at Hippo restaurant was a delight. Overall very good and will stay again.

Absolutely Beautiful Art Collection

Wow !!! This hotel been upgraded furnishing art so so beautiful. This art inspired my 13 year old grandson. We both had a lovely weekend and felt v special.
