I would recommend the valet service. I would also recommend taking public transportation down to the Navy Pier from this location to avoid paying additional parking fees.

The property is well-maintained and close to public transportation (both buses and trains), and the blue line train from O'Hare gets within 3 minute walk to the hotel. The room I got was very spacious and the bathroom very clean.

We generally enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff were kind and helpful, the building was beautiful and neat, and there were ample amenities. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the room layout was unique (in a good way). The kitchen was a beautiful addition, and we felt very comfortable. We experienced no issues.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite for six nights, the suite was on the 26th floor, it was a different elevator for this floor, but we enjoyed the suite very much. It was very spacious super quiet, which for me is very important as I am a very light sleeper and did not hear any street noise for the whole stay, the hotel staff was very nice, breakfast was plentyful ,the area was close to everything but quieter than downtown. Rooms, bathroom and closets were very nice. Overall, everything was clean maybe just some of the laminate flooring needs updating as parts were peeling off a bit but nothing to bad
