Everything was great. Staff was friendly, location was great and conveniently close to a lot of places. Room was spacious and clean. Another plus is breakfast being included. The spread was decent! Will definitely stay here again!

The only issue we had was parking was included on our rate and we did not request parking- wish we could have had the rate adjusted as parking was $72 per day!!!!!

Overall, the staff and conditions were very good! The breakfast was amazing each morning! The beds were a little hard, but overall it was a great day and would highly recommend the hotel. Very accommodating and very gracious front desk staff.

It was a hassle staying in the Bell Tower. There was a mistake with our room & there was no sofa bed as expected. It was late when we realized but they did give us a credit for our inconvenience. The breakfast was just okay.

This was our second stay at this particular location. We like the location and the walkability of the area. During our recent stay, we had a blunder with valet. Long story short, we drove off without the key and didn't notice until we were on the other side of the city, when it was time to restart the car. We called the hotel, and the valet came to our location with the keys. That was awesome. I thought we would have to catch an Uber to get the key and an Uber back to the car. So, nothing but high praises to the staff at the Residence Inn.

Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and courteous. Breakfast had great options. Room was very comfortable for my family of 3. Location was great as it was within walking distance to the train and many top attractions. Would love to come back!

It was amazing, very close distance to anything around downtown Chicago. Millenium Park, Willis Tower, River Walk etc. I really enjoyed my stayed. Staff was friendly and very on top of everything. Room was clean and stayed clean throughout our stay.
