Clean & great spot! 1 member at their pool however wasn’t the friendliest face & made it out to be like she didn’t believe we were guests & asked for our room a couple of times. However the next day another staff member helped us out instead & she was so nice & quick!

They upgraded our room albeit it wasn’t ready until a later time. Staff were courteous and helpful, front desk and around the pool as well as by the driveway. Fabulous views right in the middle of Waikīkī Beach. Hotel is mostly original 1970s look and feel which was cool.

Clean room. Checked us in early. Courteous staff. Furniture in room a little dated and thrashed. Location is close to beach but hotel is in a mall and feels like a casino.

Staff was very friendly but we traveled with a wheelchair user and after calling twice to confirm an accessible room and assured we had booked one, was informed that they only could provide a partially accessible room (which has a bathtub in it when someone who is paralyzed is impossible to use). We only were given the fully accessible room on the second day meaning our wheelchair user, couldn’t shower for a day on our trip. Also, the 2 rooms we had, weren’t thoroughly cleaned. One room had a used washcloth left on the shower curtain and the other room had a used bandaid left on the console table.
