Very nice staff. They gave us a bottle of wine! Very nice touch. Loved the lobby/lounge area. Centrally located. The sheers covering the window were shredded a little. I wished there had been robes supplied.

The room was clean and the staff I encountered were nice. There was no hot water the evening I was there and the television remote didn't work. They switched me to a different room, unfortunately it didn't have a king bed which is what I paid for. Had I know I wouldn't have switched. There was still no hot water until the morning.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend to shop and celebrate our Anniversary. We didn't anticipate an early arrival, but the front desk were so friendly and able to accomodate the early check in for us. Our room was a corner room at the end of the hallway with the most beautiful view of the city. This location is perfectly set in the middle of everything we were looking to do within our short stay. We enjoyed dinner and drinks downstairs at hotel restaurant/bar then walked to the riverwalk and enjoyed a few other stops along the way. We will definately stay here again!

Friendly helpful staff. Nice amenities. Room was bit tired looking-sheets were shredded in few places, bedding was ill fitting, stains in tub. Heat didn’t seem to be working properly, room didn’t stay warm.
