The staff was nice the bar was cool Only thing I would mention is that there was a bit of wallpaper peeling from the wall. Maybe the room should have been better inspected.

The staff did an incredible job providing excellent service on my birthday! Sonesta and staff provided a gift of great wine, chocolates and a beautiful suite - the experience was top notch! We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant which we engaged in happy hour and breakfast! The location was minutes away from many Chicago staples.

There is a fire station very close to this hotel and I heard sirens into the early morning hours. Very frustrating as I could not sleep!
All lamp shades were crooked and could not be adjusted.
Lamp shades and the towels are scratchy
Could not close drapes . They need a good steam.

The room was clean, the bed was SUPER COMFY, and staff was great! The carpet was dated, but I also understand that flooring updating is a big undertaking. Overall, reasonably priced for a business situation.
