The view from the Leahi Suite was gorgeous! The small touches in the room like the flasks, robe and slippers were so cute and appreciated. All staff encountered were great.

Great hotel, awesome location. The structure is a bit on the older side, not very sound proof, but it has its own charm. The hotel's restaurant requires reservations, did not eat there, but there are plenty of options on the street. The gym and swimming pool is a bit small for the hotel of this size, but the ocean is couple minutes away. The express bus to the airport stop is RIGHT in front of the hotel - the Zoo parking. Very nice friendly staff! The baggage storage is 2 dollars a piece. Wonderful view from the "ocean view" studio! Great view from the "City view" room. Great view of the Diamond Head from the pool/restaurant area. I would give solid 4.5 stars, but can't do fractions on review.

The hotel is very outdated. A/C unit was mounted on the floor. Cord ran along the floor. The air only blew straight ahead at your legs on the bed. The staff was nice and kind. House keeping not that great.

Booked this place to be relaxing after a month long trip; it was anything but. First they “upgraded” us to a room with the only direct roof access (which they had to use aka walk thru our room multiple times)…next day I go to the pool and a USED CONDOM WRAPPER FALLS ON MY HEAD ! There were children present also!!! next, the door to our room breaks and they neglect to send anyone up to fix it; so we could only leave the room in shifts. Even after the toilet is clogged (which i unclogged myself after being unable to reach the front desk. After all of these interruptions and inconveniences, they really tell us we’d have to pay $130 to get an extra hour (late checkout) because we were waiting on Maintenance
