The carpet of the room was a bit worn down, the bed was very springy, the pillows were flat. The fridge was great, kept things nice and cold. The microwave took a long time to heat up.

My TV did not work and we had to change rooms into a non handicap room. It was near to impossible for me to survive in. Way too expensive for poor quality. Hats off to service tech who helped us but will not stay there again. In fact I think a refund is in order.

I was originally assigned Room 231, a handicapped room that wreaked of URINE. The toilet paper roll was tattered and sticking up, all signs that the room was not cleaned entirely. I know I ordered my room through a third party site but most veteran travelers have higher expectations from a Sheraton in the suburbs. My reassigned room #736 was cleaner but the bedroom area has a blackout curtain only, the secondary shade is missing, yet the bracket and hooks were there The bed was made but smelled of a man’s sweat. It’s seems like the cleaning staff is cutting corners a bit.

I liked the layout of the suites, for a multi-day stay. And the TVs have streaming options. Housekeeping did a good job. Too bad the hotel screwed up my booking, and checked me out a day earlier than my reserved check-out date. While I was out to lunch, instead of calling me, they packed up everything I had & removed it. When I came back and asked the front desk - and showed my reservation was for an additional night - the manager eventually called to apologize, and gave me the room back, and said they wouldn't charge me for the last night... and then they wound up charging me anyway. There's also the heat/AC situation, which I see many other reviewers have noted for years. I understand it's an old building, so it's either on heat or AC, and can't easily switch back to heat for a few cold nights. They could easily address this by having an adequate supply of space heaters, but they didn't have an adequate supply. That's inexcusable.

The property was decent. There was no heat available. The room was slightly chilly. The property had one service elevator available You need to get a coupon at the front for the breakfast included. The staff was friendly. The place was conveniently located however, I was slightly disappointed with the conditions. A hair was found in my shower, room temperature but overall it was good.

This property is so outdated. 20 year old small flat screens. Mine was broke. General disrepair from lack of upkeep. Breakfast is bad at best. They have 2 elevators, 1 has been broken fir 3 months so getting up and down is SLOW. This place need a complete refurbishing.

They are not honest. The AC wasn't working and it was very hot. The next day I asked if they fixed it he said no and it's cold outside so no need for the AC.

The property was not as nice as I expected, but the room was clean. The restaurant in the hotel was decent, but that's the only choice for food in the immediate area. Staff was ok, but didn't give much info at check-in. Not about the restaurant, amenities, or even what room number I was in. Seemed mediocre at best for a Sheraton Suites.
