Very odd stay. The rooms were large so that was nice. But outside of that very strange. Took forever to check in and they said credit card machine may not work. Almost all systems seemed to be down meaning I couldn’t get a receipt at checkout. On check-in they had to escort me to my room because they didn’t know if keys worked. I asked to buy waters and they said I couldn’t because of management disputes with the food vendor and of course did not provide waters in the room or any direction on where to get. Will not be staying here again but was genuinely surprised by how poorly managed and bad the experience was give. The price of the room.

The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable. While check-in was slow due to a payment issue with another guest, the sole staff member at 8 PM was very patient and handled everything expertly. The hotel's facilities and location are perfect. A great stay!

Staff very friendly! Beds comfy, loved coffee station. Great location; being close to lake shore and downtown was excellent. And also quiet since it’s on the side street. Breakfast was good as well.
