Upon arrival I called and spoke with the front desk about early check in and my room picture shows it come with an oven because I order Instacart with food to bake and when I got to the room I saw it wasn’t the room I reserved. I went and spoke with the front desk who told me since a remodel they no longer had the room then I was told the room was sold out then I was told I can pay an additional 40 dollars a night and up grade to the two bed room to get the oven I requested to speak to a manger and was told they were gone for the holiday and wouldn’t be available the following day as well. I was given no accommodation I was told this is how it goes. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and deciding to not return

My hallway smelled very strongly like weed. The fridge and freezer were both broken when we got in although they did have those fixed within 60 minutes. The rooms are dark and dated and the furniture does not look nice. We were very sad when we got to our room and were looking at other options. We ended up leaving a day early.
