Terrible experience. When we arrived at our room, the toilet was spraying water out of the bowl onto the seat and the floor. We called the front desk to have them come fix it. A guy came and worked on it. As soon as he left the room, it sprayed again. We called back and when the guy came back to the room, he blamed us for messing with the toilet, which we hadn't even used. As he was leaving the room, he informed us that he wanted to quit, but the hotel wouldn't let him. After working on it a second time, the toilet continued to spray. We called the front desk a third time and the guy got on the phone and started yelling at my wife. The hotel refused to give us a new room. We had to deal with this issue the entire time we were there. When we contacted Sonesta, they refused to offer any type of a refund on the room. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The customer service was horrible and there was absolutely no hospitality. Our ice maker didn't work, and there are no ice machines in this hotel. Additionally, there was no bedding provided for the pull out sofa, even though we informed them that our kids would be staying with us. After requesting the bedding, it took 45 minutes and a phone call to the front desk to get them delivered to our room. While this hotel is in a great location, and overall is a nice hotel, the customer service is awful!

Loved this place! My only complaint is that the elevators are super full at certain times in the day, and sometimes it would take upwards of 20 minutes to finally get into an open elevator.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and generally clean. My only issue would be the free breakfast wasn’t great, and our rooms dishwasher beeped every single minute no matter if it was open or closed. But otherwise the stay was good! 4/5!

Really good but not so eco friendly

My older parents, toddler and I stayed here and it was great having a suite with generous proportions, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast but wished they didn’t use disposable plates and cutlery to be better for the environment. They were a bit too eco on the cleaning to save money and could have at least come to take the trash out since we had a lot of diapers. Overall it was a really good stay but those areas could have been improved

Warm and Friendly Service

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming - also at checkout the next day. I needed different pillows and they were very quick to bring up what they had. Every interaction with the staff was very pleasant. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
