Great amenities and excellent staff.

The staff was excellent and the only complaint I have is the noise from the freezer which awakened me several times in the night. I told the desk clerk when I checked out and assured me they will check on it immediately. You can’t help but like the staff who will see to it that others won’t have that issue.

It looks much better in the pictures than in real life. Feels a bit grungy and cramped. The sofa bed is not suitable for sleeping so in in practice there are no four person rooms. There is a room thermostat on the wall but it doesn’t work. The halls and lobby were warm and humid. There were some unsavory characters around the parking area at night. I don’t recommend this place for a family unless you can’t afford anything else.

Airport shuttle third-party had a filthy bus. Understaffed, not disabled friendly property. What I liked was apartment style one bedroom rooms that were huge and excellent large bathroom. Bathroom felt the cleanest of all rooms. Lots of storage in the kitchen and bar counter area, which was nice. Will not go back

Made a reservation and paid for my room online. After over 24 hours of traveling and just wanting to get to bed, I was refused my room because they required a $150 security deposit on a credit card. They refused to run my debit as credit, they wouldn't even try it, saying it wouldn't work. They would not let a family member call to use their card for me because they said it needed to be a physical card. The receptionist was not helpful nor sympathetic at all. Without any refund from this failed attempt at a place to stay I had no choice but to go next door and pay $100 dollars to stay at a dirty motel that smelt like an ashtray, with holes smashed into all the walls, and a front door that didn't lock. I didnt even mention their shuttle driver that picked me up from the airport. He tried to intimidate the people loading their bags into the bus in front of us by inching closer and closer to them. He had no patience, drove like a maniac honking his horn at everyone, and made me unload my own bags even though im traveling in a boot with a broken foot

The shuttle service was non-existent. I called the front desk and was told that a shuttle from Park-N-Jet would pick me up in 30-40 minutes. After waiting an hour in the cold, I decided to get an Uber. They had instructions in the front desk for how to request a shuttle when checking out of the hotel, but after the poor experience on arrival, I didn't trust them to get me to the airport in a timely manner. No breakfast served and the surrounding area has very limited dining options (subway/dunkin donuts) within walking distance. The metro train station is also very far so I had to take a Lyft to get me to the Rosemont metro station. The room itself was very clean and the queen bed had its own separate room with a door and lock. The sofa bed had a very thin mattress, keep that in mind if you've got back issues or are on the heavier side. Room had a fridge, stove, microwave and basic utensils, very convenient when keeping leftovers. For the price point and lack of transport/breakfast amenities, I don't believe this is good value for your money.

All in all our stay was ok . When we checked in I was told that they charged $10 per day in parking fees , this wasn’t mentioned ion the website . I choose a room with a queen sized bed but we got just a full sized bed
