The room was wonderful and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the shuttle service was incredibly helpful and convenient, I'm still waiting for my deposit back but otherwise I had a wonderful time, and I'm sure that's just taking a bit of time to go through

I have stayed at this hotel for many years. This time the room was not as it has been in the past-sink was clogged in bathroom-microwave did not work and the two little coffee packages were given for a large pot. No styrofoam cups in room for coffee. Staff was nice as always and room was clean

The front desk person in the morning was so unfriendly, we had a guest visiting in the lobby for 5 mins and they wouldn’t let us sit in the lobby and wanted to move to a chair that’s out there in the cold. We had asked for extension for checkout and she wouldn’t clearly cite the price and wanted us to ask hour by hour increase rate instead of explaining. There is no clear policy, the machines were broken in the deli and overall a bad experience

Upon entering the hotel, there was an unusual odor and the lobby was very dirty. The check in clerk proudly told me they have coffee 24/7 and pointed to a coffee machine with a “out of order” sign on it. Once to my room, I pulled out a plate to put my meal on and it was used and dirty. Upon further investigation, every plate in the cabinet, 2 forks and a cooking pot had been placed back into the cabinets dirty. The bathtub stopper didn’t work either. Considering I booked the hotel through Expedia and got it for a good deal cheaper than I was quoted by the property directly , I guess it was “ok”, however, it was nowhere near a $200 hotel which is the price I was quoted when I called the property directly. Very disappointing stay.
