This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Very beautiful lobby, fantastic rooms and wonderful staff. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. The diverse selection was amazing and high quality. 2 types of eggs, ham and egg croissants, 2 types of sausage and so much more. Blueberry compote for oatmeal topping? Amazing and yummy. Nice neighborhood with many Oriental restaurants very close. One of the staff directed us to a great pastry shop a block away for evening treats. We spent the night before going to the Museum of Science and Industry. Was worried about noise from nearby tracks and the street in front but after 10pm our rooms were dead silent. Parking at the public garage next door turned out to be very easy and convenient. The second level is reserved for hotel guests with a direct connection to the hotel. I'll be looking for an excuse to come back.

This hotel is new and clean. We love that it is super close to the McCormick center which is the reason why we picked this place to stay. The hotel room is big and nice. You can tell they put in effort to design this place, the bathroom door and front doors are heavy for sound proof. One complaint I would have is the food option is very repetitive on a day to day basis but hey free food. They do not clean your room everyday but I wish they would offer fresh towels at your door at the very least as my suggestion. The blinds are completely black out for good quality sleep. Oh another complaint I have is that the air conditioning unit is right next to the bed so it can be cold or hot depending on the temperature selection, but if you cover it up, it’s fine. Overall we would stay here again for the great location and cleanliness of the hotel.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in

Reserved 2 rooms for the night before going to the Museum of Science and Industry. This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are fantastic. This may be one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was the nicest I've ever enjoyed at a hotel. Blueberry compote for oatmeal topping? Incredible. Large number of high quality selections. 3 egg options. 2 sausage options. And so much more. All of the staff was super friendly and professional. Parking in the garage next door turned out to be plentiful and easy. Very nice location. Lots of restaurants within one block. On advice of the staff, we walked to a nearby pastry shop for yummy evening snacks. I was worried about noise from nearby tracks and the street in front but after 10pm, our rooms were dead silent. Easily the best value in the area.I'd rate it a 12 if I could. Would love to come back to the area just to stay in this hotel.

The staff were INCREDIBLE!! I had been awake for about 24 hours and it was still a few hours until check in time; i called and they made an adjustment to my reservation so i could check in a little early. They were also very helpful in telling us how to deal with parking (where & how). I was very happy.

We had a great time. Easy to get to from the aiport. great service. We went for the Chicago Marathon and we were able to see the marathoners outside of the door. Super convenient and clean.

I had a my Mom in a wheelchair that I had to walk her down the stairs to check in. The signage is poor and it was unsafe during check in. Once in we got a key to access the elevator and things got better.
