Close to multiple train stations we could be anywhere in Tokyo in a half hour. We stayed here twice and both times were excellent! The larger room definitely helped at the end of our trip for all our luggage and things we’d bought. Would definitely stay again, everyone was so accommodating and friendly and helped with storing and shipping all our luggage!

Staff was very professional, attentive, helpful. Anisha checked us in, very efficient and kind. This hotel was convenient for us, the hotel breakfasts are amazing. Recommend this hotel. The room view looks directly onto an office bldg, there is a small library room on most floors and there are several lobby areas to tuck away in, coffee and light beverages avail.

Beautiful hotel that is built like a library. The rooms were a good size and bathroom had a tub which was great for a family with a baby and toddler. The hotel is decently large but only has 2 laundry machines so they were always in use. A hotel of this size should have more laundry machines. You need to sit there to grab the next available one or do laundry in the middle of the night otherwise it won’t be available. They are also wash and dry machines so they didn’t dry very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to beautiful Shiba Park and the Ginza shopping district. Hotel had great toiletries/amenities for guests.

Traveling with a toddler isn’t easy but it makes it less stressful when there is staff that is helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. The area the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of busier areas of Tokyo, great for families with young children.

Amazing hotel

Amazing experience at Shiba Park Hotel! The hotel was lovely and the staff were phenomenal and friendly. It’s in a great location with its view of Tokyo Tower and was easy to travel to and from other parts of Tokyo.

The staff were amazing and always happy to help us with whatever we needed during our stay. The location was convenient and close to public transportation. The hotel is a little dated and it did have some minor odor issues during our stay. Overall, it's a good stay with a few nights in Tokyo.

My husband and I had a great experience staying here, and I would return! We stayed for 6 nights, and the service was fantastic—great value for the price. The hotel is a little older but very well cared for, and the benefit of an older hotel is the rooms are bigger than what you'd find at newer ones. We loved that we were in a quieter area but had easy access to transit - 5 mins from a station. It was also easy to walk to Tokyo Tower (5mins.) and Ginza (20mins).

Extremely happy about this hotel. Excellent location where you can see Tokyo Tower day and night. Walking distance to Line A and line E and JR line. Not on the Main Street so it’s quiet for sleep. 711 and family mart is close by so you can grab food and snacks whenever you want to. Room is not big but decent and very well designed. Highly recommend this one and will be there hopefully for our next Japan trip!
