Room was very cute and spacious. The beds were one of the comfiest we stayed in (most beds in Tokyo were hard). Everything was spotless and as soon as you stepped in the hotel it smelled great. The library was amazing and I could get lost there for hours. And all of the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Exceeded my expectations. Overall hotel experience was excellent. Nice calm ambience. Busy but quiet and orderly. Great service from the whole team. The lounge area was inviting and there was a complimentary coffee and tea station as well as quality snacks. The room was small but well designed, new and clean. What a great hotel. The staff are lovely and so helpful. It has a quality feel to it, slightly quirky with the library theme ( a huge Christmas tree made of books for eg), Our only niggle was that the pillows were too hard for us - and it only occurred to us on the third morning (check-out day) that if we had asked they would almost certainly have changed them for us. Other than that the bed was very comfortable (and huge). Thanks all at Shiba Park.

The room was a good size for a single with a king size bed. The breakfast had options of food, both Japanese and Western. Each floor has its own water dispenser. Loved the library theme of the hotel. Staff was very helpful from check-in to check-out. Location was convenient to the Tokyo Tower 🗼. There was a laundry room on 4th floor (didn’t use it since I was at the beginning of my trip). Only down side was distance to train station was at least 10 min walk away, which is far after a day of walking.
