Everything about Springhill Suites was AMAZING! Jaleeya at the front desk was the kindest and most welcoming person ever! She was so incredibly sweet to my friend and I during our stay. When we return to Chicago, we will be staying here again. We hope to see Jaleeya and the amazing staff then.

We enjoyed our stay for the second time this year. The room was the same corner views I believe a floor or two higher. Everything is local and parking in the garage is very simple. We even had our Autistic daughter’s service pet with us which assisted our daughter during our stay. The only issue it was, that my room wasn’t clean did check in Friday and late checkout Sunday, room never been cleaned! The staff are super friendly nice all perfect location but I’m just did not understand even we upgraded the room.
