Room was aged and had a rusty nail sticking up out of torn carpet on which I stepped and screamed. It did not break skin and I reported it. Not convinced that they will fix it. Whole hotel had a toxic odor and the water, including water in container at breakfast tasted horrible. We were awakened by dogs barking and whining in room next to us at 6 am on first day. Called front desk and person tried to sort it out as best as he could. Nice people though. Food quality was low.

Very clean. Strong wifi and decent complimentary breakfast. Wasn't a fan of how loud the air handler was and the shape of the floor of the tub made for an uncomfortable shower. The bed was also a bit too firm for me. All in all, I would stay here again. The pros outweigh the cons

The room smelled of marijuana when we checked in, but we were in a rush to get to an event and didn't have time to change it. Later that night when we settled in, we noticed the ceiling leaking. We called the desk and Patrick was spectacular about getting us a new room and taking great care of us!

The kind sized bed room on the 4th floor I was provided did not match the advertised room I chose on expedia.ca - it was outdated, old carpeted floor, old bathtub which also pooled the water immediately while showering. I booked the room because the picture showed updated amenities, floor not carpet etc - big disappointment for me as an allergy sufferer.
