The hotel is very clean. Our rooms were serviced daily. The staff were very friendly. Southern hospitality. That particular area of the French Quarter can be kept a little cleaner. It was nice that the police were ever present We enjoyed our stay.

Not worth it

The hotel smelt terrible the whole three days we were there. The housekeeper stole $100 cash from me straight out of my wallet while we were gone. My rental car had damages to it while it was parked in the valet parking area.

Staff were not informative on services I paid for. I had to ask about my room upgrade and the day of check out, I had requested late check out and at 10am, I had to ask and was told no late check out on sundays. Very inconvenient.
