I love the beautiful design and old school feel of this hotel! And the room was so spacious for 2 people. The staff was super friendly and always had a smile and greeting ready. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel has a royal/elite experience type of vibe. It would be better if they had airport shuttles, microwave in room and steaming services on the tv or at least the capability to connect.

I thought the hotel was wonderful .. I love the bathroom.. because it was large .. but I didn’t like the pillows .. to used up .. they need to buy some new ones .. and a older gentleman stopped me , while I was enjoying my day .. and tried to get me to pay for more hotels stays .. maybe it would have been a good deal .. but his approach was rude

The property was very nice and elegant. You could tell the history of the hotel when you walked in, but it had some modern amenities.

I love that this property is located in tourist friendly areas but I hate everything else. Parking isn’t reasonably priced even though it should have been free. Amenities are lacking as I had to ask for a refrigerator. All they give you are tiny tubes of body wash, shampoo, and lotion and their towels which need changing to be honest. I found a lot of dust and hair in the sink the first day I got there. There is no complimentary breakfast and the property is really dated for the price point. I understand it has some history but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be renovated every now and then. The heater makes the worst noise imaginable. I couldn’t even sleep for more than three hours at a time.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it unless it gets renovated in the future.
