The property is budget accomodation, and is near a train line, but the bed was fine, facilities more than ample and bedding good. The office staff were helpful and for an economic stay, it was more than adequate. Parking was a little limited, but over the few days I was off street more than on.

Very clean and comfortable and close to the race course and bowls club. Had trouble getting reception on the TV.The room code should be sent by email or text not on a piece of paper in the mail box for security reasons.

Check-in was very easy and convenient...however.. We stayed in a twin Room..there were no blankets on the bed..even in Brisbane its not that warm in June. When we went to the wardrobe to get a blanket out for 2 beds there was only 1!! One of us had to sleep with the bedspread on top of the sheet which was not comfortable. I realise there is a high turnover of guests being a Motel near the Airport, but the room was "tired" and walls in desperate need of a coat of paint and the lounge chair had horrible stains on it...
