Hotel was walking distance from popular attractions. Restaurant evening staff is amazing. Had an amazing experience other than a staff member at the front desk who wasn’t very helpful with simple questions, gave a perception of rudeness. (A little customer service goes a long way. ) Great spot!

Lovely hotel such cute vibes very attentive and helpful amenities. would def not recommend the Sushi place downstairs as they advertise 10% off but code doesn't work and they have zero customer service skills and make you wait 20 minutes after ur order is stated to be ready. Everything else at Whitehall was phenomenal would stay again!!

The room in general was very clean, with the exception of the bathroom, where I saw several hairs in the toilet and bathtub. Also, when we turned on the heating, it was extremely noisy; we had to turn it off to sleep.

So the room was fine, a few things happened that made the stay a 3 star. First was what we were told for parking was wrong. Said they had valet access across the street find out that’s not true it was for compact cars was not given a heads up for that. Had to find other parking that cost us $55. The worst part of the stay was that we went downstairs to eat which food was okay but was made extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional was their bartender. We wanted to relax and enjoy ourselves but ruined by the bartender who I was complaining about other employees yelling at the them and cussing out customers who were sitting at the bar. It made it to where my wife was uncomfortable and wanting to leave immediately but had to wait for our food and bill.
