The Whitehall Hotel never ceases to impress me! I’ve been staying here since December 2019, and every visit has been a consistently exceptional experience. The hospitality is always warm, attentive, and genuine—something that’s hard to come by these days. Now that they’re under the Best Western Collection, the upgrades and added amenities beautifully complement the already outstanding service. It’s clear that the leadership team is committed to preserving the hotel’s charm while enhancing the overall guest experience. Tucked just off the Magnificent Mile, The Whitehall is truly a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Chicago. Whenever I’m in the River North area, there’s no question where I’m staying—it’s always The Whitehall. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a mix of elegance, comfort, and top-tier service!

The front desk receptionist with glasses was rude with poor customer service. The room was very much outdated. The tub would did not drain and would fill up, the shower head had very low pressure with barely hot water.
