The deck chair my child sat on was badly sun damaged and lots of tiny bits of fibreglass went into her skin, caused huge irritation and I spent the night trying to calm her and dealing with 13health and Tele doctors, it totally ruined my experience here and although reception was very nice there was no compensation and there was no help to get to a chemist, I should note it was Easter Monday so maybe a chemist was not open. I was so upset and angry, my poor little girl was so uncomfortable, I carried the chair downstairs to show staff and my hand was itchy/itritated for hours afterwards, so I could just imagine what my girl was suffering on her legs, bum, back and arms. I doubt the chairs have been removed now as they didn’t seem to take my complaint seriously. Very dissatisfying and disappointing.

We had a 2-bedroom unit. Was clean, tidy and spacious with kitchen and laundry facilities. The hotel is away from everything but we had a car so it wasn’t an issue. Parking is free. Plenty of supermarkets nearby and around 5min drive. Considering it’s in an industrial area and near the airport it’s relatively quiet.

Second time at a Quest hotel and the last. Thin mattress and one pillow per person, asked for another only to be told there none. No extra in cupboard. Hotel is in an industrial area.Looks like car park is used for van storage,for the auction business across the road,car park fee not necessary .Close to airport 6 minutes,though there is 2 Hotels actually in the airport that are better. Hotel staff are very friendly.

Travelling in a group of five and our flight home was cancelled after we arrived at the airport. We booked the Quest as it’s close(ish) to the airport and we needed somewhere for the night before a rescheduled flight the next morning. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which meant we could relax and debrief after a very stressful day. The apartment was very clean & comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel close to the airport, we used it as our final hotel for a two week vacation before flying out. It's in the airport business park, so many restaurants, shops, etc. are going to be a 10 minute drive away. It does have a coffee trailer on site, with free delivery to your room.

Clean, Attentive and Great Service

It was fantastic. The only down fall was limited food in walking distance, however there was a great coffee van on site (and we had gotten food prior at the Westfield 7 minute drive away) staff were great and we stayed on New Year’s Eve so perfect view of fireworks

This hotel apartment is an excellent spot to stay if flying out of Melbourne airport. its far enough away to require a supplied courtesy bus. there is a long term undercover carpark about 200 meters away if storing a vehicle while away. No much in the way of dining if not self sufficient.
