The staff was so nice. They allowed me to check-in early, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms/hotel are quiet and peaceful, I felt like I was at home. I love the balcony in my room, as it allowed today's breeze to flow in, which is relaxing to me. Great hotel!

⸻ The check-in experience was disappointing. The representative at the front desk was rude and showed no willingness to help. I had reserved two rooms, but he could only find one under my last name. When I asked him to search again—since the second room was under my son’s name, who has the same last name—he acted bothered and was not helpful at all. Very poor customer service and no sense of hospitality.
