This place was overpriced for what it was. Our tub was clogged so we had to shower in ankle-deep water. Gross. For $225/night? Not cool. It was super convenient to walk to a concert and that’s the only reason I would stay here. We are staying our last night in a Hyatt Regency that is a third of the price and is super clean and nice.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. My bathtub didn't drain properly but it's fine. I felt that the rooms were really not soundproof but good for a short stay.

Everything was fine, except I did not appreciate having to pay for parking in a basic outside parking lot! There is no reason for it, it’s not like it was a secure parking lot that only customers could access. It was a basic parking lot outside a regular hotel.

Friendly staff, manager needs to check himself!

I stay at this hotel at least 4-5 days a month. Been staying there for the last 3 years. The staff is always friendly and always attentive to your needs. There is a new manager there in the day and he is NOT as friendly as everyone else. I was using the computer to check emails one morning and he came walking up, very rude and starts question me. Are you a guest? I said all the time. Well give me your room number and name. I proceeded to tell him he was acting like a dick, and after I gave him the info and he checked it out, he replied with a thank you. No sorry to bother you, or an explanation to his being an asshat. I will still stay there every time I come to town, but the fact remains, the manager is still a douche canoe!

Front desk charged me an extra 15 dollars without noticing me after purchasing the room that an extra card will be 15$. She did it so sudden and I was honestly too tired to approach this inconvenience. Otherwise it is a good hotel

Staff exceptionally honest! Left my purse at the bar area. In a panic four hours later, but so relieved purse at front desk with all cards/cash intact. Nice hotel for the price. Room was comfortable with all traveler needs met. Lobby and bar area inviting. Longhorn Steakhouse conveniently a few steps outside. Several dining options within a block or two. Convenient free shuttle from ORD is great. Beware to be at correct pickup area as Delta wheelchair staff left us at the OLD pickup spot. I am mobile but husband cannot stand walk to negotiate the vast maze of ORD. Eventually airport assisted us. Listen to the hotels recording regarding their shuttle service. Wish I had!
