They Lost my baggage on arrival and it took 4 phone calls (woeful experience) over 1.5 hrs to locate and then retrieve them. There was also toilet paper (more than a handful) left in the bathroom sink. There’s too many other better options to choose.

During check-in, the front desk staff member, Kathrina, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The room did not provide basic amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. The most unacceptable part was that before 8:30 am, a housekeeping staff member unlocked my door and walked straight in, claiming the system showed I had already checked out — even though I had not, and I was still in the room. This was a serious invasion of privacy and left me feeling very uncomfortable.

The staff here were amazing. Every member of staff we met or spoke to were excellent, friendly and helpful. In particular, I’d like to highlight Joanne and Roman in the Club Lounge for their excellent service. We had a suite with a balcony which was excellent, comfortable and very well equipped. The view over Darling Harbour was fantastic. The hotel put an extra bed in for my son in advance. The bathroom was huge - with two sinks, a large bath and a separate walk-in shower. It was cleaned daily and restocked with still water. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with mini bar, a safe, an iron & ironing board and plenty of towels and toiletries. The hotel is right next to a main road and so there is some extra noise when you open the door to the balcony, but no more than you expect from any city centre hotel. The location is perfect for walking to all the main sights and attractions, but taxis or Ubers are always available out front. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was located near the boardwalk close which was walking distance. Good view of the harbor which has a lot of different dining options. The restaurants in the hotel were very good.
