All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We loved the view of Darling Harbour from our room. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on.

Reserved prior to arrival a table at zephyr for the drone show. Checked at reception upon arrival and said ring 9 from the room as they could not help. Rang 9 got someone who said they would communicate with the staff and get them to call me. This happened twice and no one called me back. Turned up at the bar on the night, at the time I reserved and they had no booking for me.
