The property is kept clean but many elements are run down. I had luke warm water in the shower, plumbing was wobbling, Nd i had a large 1980s style jacuzzi in my room. This left little space for placing luggage. Curtains and hallway wallpaer need up dating. The howl hd dining room, continental breakfast and bar listed on site. None of this was available.

When we checked in we got a room with water damage and an industrial fan running and a few bugs in the room. Maybe the sliding glass doors were left open. The staff gave us a new room right away. the other room was similar in quality to the whole hotel. It is old and a little run down. it needs updating and deep cleaning. Wood and paint is chipped and worn. carpet is old and warn. rooms are a little small but sufficient for our needs. good location and able to walk to the convention center. Very close to food and shopping.

I called to see if I could check in early, they said no only at 3pm I then arrived at 306pm and they told me I can’t get into a room for another 30 mins plus due to they don’t have any rooms cleaned yet

The tv did not work, moved us to the room next door. That did not work. They said they would have a technician check it. The did not. The room furniture was in poor condition.

Not great. Terrible suggestion of "pillows". Beds very uncomfortable. Sheets and bedding yellowed and old looking. Bathroom had a vanity made from painted plywood. Cheap - don't expect much.
