If i had to describe this hotel in one sentence, I'd say: come hungry,leave happier. Honestly, this resort is not just about the lagoon views,the endless pool, or the tropical vibes...it's also a little foodie paradise.. So if you're in phuket and thinking about where to stay let me save you the google search headache: ansgana laguna is the spot.

Overall a beautiful resort. You can definitely start to see the wear and tear in the rooms and the pools especially. Resort prices at the bars and restaurants are absurdly high considering you can get equal Or better quality a 10-15 minute walk away. Still a lovely time overall.

A Wonderful and Magnificent Family Vacation.

I went with my family (2 uncles, cousin and her child). We were all do impressed by Angsana Laguna.The services were great especially the check-in and checkout personnel , Melly and Nam. They were professional and personable. Extremely helpful to our requests and even extended their kind assistance beyond. ❤️❤️❤️ The restaurants and their food were absolutely delicious! We have had a fantastic time staying in Angsana Laguna. Beautiful memories and so much to talk about.

We really liked our stay at the Angsana Laguna Phuket. The most amazing part was the fabulous breakfast - food was abundant and delicious. If we had to do it again, we would NOT have booked the two-bedroom townhouse. Even though it had a nice balcony, it was designed more for a family rather than two couples. The rooms were small and sparce. The "regular" rooms - (3364 specifically) was beautiful! Pools were nice and clean. Access to the beach and the beach chairs w/umbrellas were clean, functional and comfortable! We took the free ferry across the bay for access to a huge convenience store that sold food and alcoholic beverages. This place wasn't off the charts, but it was very, very nice and a great deal for the money. All five of us would definitely come back!

The staff were excellent and the food was very good. The resort is big and there were always caddies available to drive you to the lobby and back to the room. The pool was awesome and it was so close to the beach! Highly recommend Angsana Laguna Phuket.

A sprawling place with nice enough gardens but takes time to get oriented. Rooms and the general decor are now dated and becoming 'rustic'. Our first room we paid for "Seaview", could not see the sea, aircon was very noisy and in the morning there was no hot water. Rubbish instant coffee and jug. We were upgraded and give free breakfast in compensation. Still 30% of our stay was awful. The staff were lovely and did all they could to remedy the situation but the damage was done. Bottom line what we paid and what we received in the off season was not worth it.

Having stayed at many 5 star establishments before. I was disappointed at this hotel although it brands itself as a 5 star. 1. Cleanliness can be improved at the breakfast restaurant. There were birds flying inside the restaurant and pecking at food sometimes which made me question the hygiene of the food. 2. Service was also not on par with other 5 star hotels. Things such as picking up the call by the second ring, providing more personalised service for guests were not met. 3. Condition of the hotel is slightly old but still acceptable. However, the bed is a bit too soft for my liking. 4. I was also supposed to get a complimentary room upgrade if there is availability. I found out from the receptionist that there was availability but i had to pay instead which I rejected. It was a disappointment. Overall, if it is branded as a 4 or 4.5 star hotel, I can accept it but I was looking forward to a truly 5 star hotel stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Angsana. Joe at Front office offered impeccable service and helped elevate our stay by ensuring we were able to be located close to our family so the young kids could spend even more time together during the holiday. We didn't spend much time outside of the resort and the surrounding facilities (which are accessible by boat shuttle around the lagoon), mainly because the resort offers access to everything. During our stay we got to participate in the hotel's Songkran festivities which were education, and festive. THANK YOU to the whole team for involving the guests as you did! We really enjoyed the morning! Service at the pool bar was fantastic and lively in the afternoons, and the kids loved the inflatable waterslide available in the main pool area. The kids club felt a little limited- it was extremely warm and humid during our stay and the indoor room at kids club has only a ball pit- but plenty of space to activate other options. our kids did quite a few of the paid activities like the pizza making/ painting etc. and loved them all. Thank you to the kids club team.
