The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is clean on the outside. There’s construction on the street at the moment. I really liked the parking. There’s a gate to get in and out, you have to have a room key for. The pool was clean and has towels for convenience. We stayed in a suite, it was spacious. I would have to say the hotel is pretty run down. It was a non smoking room but smelled of cigarettes. There was a major electrical problem. The lights in both rooms flickered the entire stay. The TVs wouldn’t work about 80% of the time. The carpet made our feet black. I put on socks and ended up tossing them. No bugs, and it was quiet. There are lots of stores and restaurants near by. They did offer us another room but it was too much of a hassle to move our belongings. They did comp us $50 for the issue as well. Thank you!

We arrived 35 minutes after check-in time room was not cleaned yet so staff told us they would give us a call when it was ready. Lobby was mostly closed off and there was no place to sit and wait so we left and fully checked in later that night. There was heavy street construction happening at the time of our stay making it hard to find the entrance to their parking lot. Room was fine, we had a non-smoking room but it still smelt like someone had been smoking in that room and there was a mysterious brownish stain on a part of the sheets. At one point they change the gate code without warning, forcing us to park and enter the lobby to ask for the code in the middle of the night. Neighbors were the main issue, our door was adjacent to the room next to us, they had constant people coming in and out of the room and we could hear every word of their conversation when they were by their door. Multiple times over several nights either our neighbors or other guests would start blasting music for a few minutes before turning it down at very late hours of the night/early hours of the morning. Twice someone's car alarm went off at night, out of fear of someone trying to get in my car I would run to the window to check. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe with the guests staying there.

The bed was nasty. I always look under the sheet to see if there are bedbugs. The mattress was super old. Had holes and stains. Room smelled weird and wasn’t very clean. Hair on the pillow that wasn’t mine.

I rented 2 rooms for 3 days for my family. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bathrooms were fairly dingy. No wash rags were provided to either room. Internet connectivity was spotty at best in both rooms. On the last night of our stay around 4:30am, I was awakened by someone screaming and then a second person screaming. A fight broke out and punches were thrown from what i could see. This lasted about 5 minutes ending with one person crying and running away. Fortunately, the children we were with didn’t wake up to this. The next morning we attempted to report this assault to the front desk and the clerk wasn't even aware there was an issue. Not a safe or pleasant stay. Definitely not staying again.

Do not believe the way they sell the amenities. The AC units are very old and as soon as we checked into our room we noticed the AC not blowing cold air. We notified the front desk and they sent a laundry associate to check and all they did was push on and off but did not check it properly. We had to go back 3 times and they wouldn’t do anything about it and all they would do was open a window for us. In a room that has jacuzzi the heat gets trapped inside and the AC is needed but the hotel would not work with us to get a different room or even fix the AC. The housekeeping supervisor decided to check, say the AC was working but it was only blowing air not COLD air. They just love to argue but not actually do anything about it. They didn’t even send a proper tech to get it checked. Horrible staff and horrible hotel.

I recently stayed here for 3 days due to working in the area, I work nights and the hours are very long so rest is very important to me. When i first checked in, the front desk attendant refused to give me ice citing the, "policy" that guests had to be checked in for 24 hours before being granted the privilege of having their ice bucket filled. I asked if he could fill my water bottle up but he refused citing fears of, "cross contamination"...cue eye roll. Ultimately, we reached a compromise and he graciously offered me a cup of ice. Additionally, I paid extra for late check out and had two separate cleaners knock on my door to give me the boot. Again, I work nights and this lack of communication was extremely disruptive. Would not recommend this place.
