I would like to suggest a change to the system for the continental breakfast. The coffee and hot water were both cold and when I asked for the mine to be reheated-the staff member obliged. Following me was another person and then anther went up to the expresso machine to have theirs reheated. I would have thought that the cold coffee and water would have been replaced straight away. Also the standard of the coffee was not really what I would have expected- more suited to a workers canteen. I found the staff were very obliging-especially Sophie who helped me navigate the technologies of the room.

When I booked the accommodation , I was not aware that unless I was lucky enough to get to the street parking at around 5pm there was no free parking . I was with family until late one evening, paid for parking, then got trapped in the parking lot , it was about 10:30pm . I only got out as it happened that a car was exiting the car park and gate opened to let the car out. the driver kindly allowed me to walk ahead of them to let me out .
