Area to arrive at the hotel isn’t so great. Road is rough with many potholes After you arrive at the hotel, friendly service and the area is very nice. The boardwalk behind is very nice with a very nice area to walk around.

Happy that I picked this location. Right on the boardwalk. Friendly atmosphere and people. Great tour with Prince. Shopping was lots of fun. Bought a lot. I can now stay i stayed at 3 Virgin Islands.

Never again!

Horrible, 7 months in advance I booked my room. Asked for ocean view. I got a view of the dumpster and a wall out the other window. Broken and uneven floor tiles. The door looked like it had been kicked in. When you played in the soft old lumpy mattress, your feet was higher than your head. Electric socket hanging out the wall. All the furniture was mismatched. I asked the manager if they picked up the furniture from the garbage. Old and dirty. The lamp shade was stained like someone peed on it. The bathroom was horrible, the manager said it was just remodeled. The floors were dirty. ImMu daughter also had a room there. It was a little better, except the tub was rusted. When we stayed the night with her, a huge cockroach crawled on me. We totally checked out after that!

Nice place to stay in Christiansted St. Croix. It’s right on the boardwalk so you have lots of options for food and drinks within a 2-5 min walk. The rooms are nice with AC, mini fridge, and other basic amenities.

Cons: Housekeeping was a major miss at this property. - Bathroom surfaces were dusty - Toilet bowl and seat were dirty - Dead insects on coffeemaker supplies - Large stain on the comforter - Shower contained hair, debris from previous guests These very obvious issues indicate a lack of attention to housekeeping detail and management oversight. Room construction means a noisy stay if you have heavy walkers above. - Minimal, poor quality TV channel selection Pros: Wifi worked reasonably well While the staff were kind-hearted, it's difficult to turn a blind eye to the shortfalls at the property Location was convenient to the town, free parking available on the street or the public lot across the street

Make sure to get a room that is beyond the gate so you have additional security. It was not a problem but I would have felt more secure if we had that extra level of security. The restaurant is not a part of the hotel so there is no way to charge meals or drinks. Otherwise, its a great place to stay and I will be back in January.
