I've always favored the location of New World across the street from the convenient Greenbelt Mall. The hotel service has improved markedly over my last visit and they have upgraded the rooms as well.

The staff were always helpful, welcoming and friendly. The room felt damp when we arrived which made the carpet seem dirtier than it might have been at first. The hotel has ramps which made it accessible for my baby stroller. The tv options left a lot to be desired! Overall, my kids enjoyed their stay.

Had a better room this time. Renovated and clean. Husband liked the gym, also had spa treatment (price was fair for a 5-star hotel). - Only con was that we were on the 23rd floor and can hear people walking in the residence club. Place needs sound proofing.

Excellent location! Easy access to many dining options and shopping across the street at Greenbelt. Opportunity for improvement: The aircon in my room was broken so my family had to be moved to another room. That aircon unit was not any better so my stay was quite uncomfortable. I am not happy about this.

The carpet needs to be replaced. It was filthy with all the stains visible. Quite disgusting. You have to ask to have the coffee station replenished with coffee, creamer, sugar and tea. The hotel needs a facelift

Our go to hotel every time we visit back home. Very nice staff, excellent location. Only thing is that the hotel is showing its age and rooms need major makeovers. Great Chinese restaurant on premises.

I am happy with my 13 nights stay in the hotel. However the foods in the restaurant of the hotel were extremely poor and taste horrible such as the Jasmine Chinese Restaurant and the Buffet Restaurant on the ground floor. The Room Service foods was very awful too. Must need an urgent improvement for this matter!
