I have been staying at this hotel for both business and pleasure since 2010. It always feels special to stay at the hotel. The Greenbelt mall across the street has many nice restaurants. It is also easy to get to and from the airport.

Orange crumbs were on the carpet. Looks like they did not vacuum in between guests. Also there is no top sheet on the mattress, just fitted sheet and duvet. So if you do not want to use the duvet, you will not have any option for cover. I mentioned it to the housekeeping dept and spoke to the housekeeper in the hallway but nothing was changed the next day. The bedside lamp on the right side of the bed was not working, most likely because the outlet was not working. Upon checking out, a staff spoke to me about it and offered an upgrade the next time I checked in to their hotel... if there's a next time.

The staff and location were standouts for me. Greenbelt shopping mall was across the street giving access to many restaurants and shops. The only negative for me was the climate control.i never managed to influence the temperature in spite of 2 visits from engineering. It strikes me that temperature is centrally controlled and it’s generally set to cold! It was too cold for me. Would still stay here again.

The rooms are outdated, a lot of things that aren’t working properly. I also felt like there’s something creepy in our room. We were charged over 6k for breakfast for 5 people. We only had 4 pieces of sausages, 1 omelette, two to three scopes of garlic rice on each our plate, few pieces of bacon and two glass of orange juice because there was nothing left because they are closing the breakfast buffet when we started. The good thing about the hotel is its location is very convenient to shopping and feeling safe of the surrounding.
