Old but very clean room, and basic amenities were available. Extra towels were provided without asking any personnel for it. Everyone is very courteous, polite, and helpful. It’s walking distance to Makati Greenbelt where shopping, I felt safe staying in the area. Business offices, entertainment, and dining places are plentiful. It’s not that far from the airport. I would give them 5, but I think it’s time for a carpet change in the room I stayed in. I’ll definitely will book them again.
It’s the only hotel I’ve been to around the world that has a smoke mask.

The check-out process was notably slow, with staff exhibiting a leisurely pace. This resulted in an inefficient experience, leading to disappointment. To improve, it would be beneficial for staff to prioritize expediting transactions and minimizing wait times. Management i hope you could improve and train your staff to be more efficient.
