We were given an attitude about our ESA dogs upon checking in, who have proper documentation. Declared we booked the incorrect room but I specifically booked the pet friendly room. At breakfast the bread was covered in mold and the “OJ” provided was basically water. The overall cleanliness of the room was good and the location was great as well. But between the attitude during check in and moldy breakfast being served, they have some work to do.
