The staff here are really friendly and professional. Breakfast was pretty good. There was construction on the entire first floor, so it was noisy and a bit of a mess. But there were plenty of signs to tell you how to exit the lobby. I look forward to seeing the completed project. The room was very clean. There was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. And the electric plug strips on the table between the beds did not work. I moved the table away from the wall and found the strips were not plugged in themselves. So i plugged them in.

The room was fine, but the deadbolt on the door didn't latch. They are undergoing construction so the pool and gym were closed, no lounge or business center, but we didn't know that til we arrived. Would have appreciated an email from Hilton or Expedia

Hotel is under renovations so our room was new. It was very comfortable but there were loose ends post construction. Our bathroom door only had two screws holding it on and was hanging off, the lock only had one screw on it and was coming off, a tile flash was broken off near the closet. Despite all of that I still rated it high because the staff were very kind, professional and accommodating. Maintenance did come and fix the bathroom door. The location was central and close to everything UC and felt safe. The only other thing I didn’t understand was that there were no dressers which is confusing. We stayed almost a week and piled everything into the closet which was inconvenient and cluttered.

The room was clean & the staff was very kind & helpful, but the heater in the room made a terrible racket when it was running. (Made them aware of the heater noise upon checking out... We only stayed one night). Also, the parking lot does not belong to the hotel & you have to pay an additional $9.00 each night to park your vehicle.

When we arrived at the hotel to check in at 10:40pm there was a sign that said "No Hot Water." The hotel did not reach out to notify me ahead of time. My daughter had a Med School interview in the am and was unable to shower because there was not any hot water. Very disappointed!!!

The property was clean and close to the show we were in town for. Only issue was our microwave was broken but we were allowed to go downstairs to warm up other food. Will stay again
