The room was very clean & comfortable. Staff courteous, kind and friendly. Stay was great. The last night, however, the persons in the adjoining room were noisy all night, very disturbing. Hotel management said they would've looked in to it. Besides that, great stay, I would not hesitate to recommend.

The monarch was a fun place to stay. The in-suite spa tub was amazing. The drain didn't work so we had to have someone come fix it but was great after! The only issue we had was a late check-in. Check-in is at 4 and they didn't have our room ready until almost 5pm. But we did have access to the concierge lounge where we were able to wait for our room and enjoy complimentary snacks.
