The casino had a power outage due to Excel cutting power, they offered us refund but we went anyway. We still had a great time, the casino did their best to make it up to guests and they did a nice job.

Our stay started off great for the first two nights, but unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse on the third. The power was out all day and night, leaving us to shower and get ready in complete darkness using only our phone flashlights. Since we couldn't charge our devices, we felt stranded and unable to leave the room or prepare for our day properly. It was a very disappointing and 'horrible' final night that overshadowed the rest of our trip.

There was a power outage at the hotel where the rooms had no power at all the restaurants were closed and pool not operational. We had already driven 2 hours to get there so we decided to test it out because they said the rooms had limited lighting and said power was expected to be back at 7pm but power was not available. At check in, the hotel tried to charge me for the entire nights stay again despite having already paid and it took a while to sort that out. When I called to ask if any flashlights were available( becauase the room was pitch black) I was hung up on. Overall this is my second trip here and probably my last.

Room and property was great but when we check in, they're automatically told us that the power will be cut at 5 AM. They didn't even know what the weather was going to be like yet. We had to shower in the dark. We wanted to use the spa for the resort fee that we paid and we just left early because it was not a pleasant place to be in the morning. We would greatly appreciate a credit for a future stay. We don't need our money back, just a credit would be very nice. I'd appreciate it.
