This is the most fantastic resort in Colorado. we love the place we used to go to some other casino hotels but this bar none is paradise. the rooms, the pool, the staff, the food everything. why go anywhere else? I am not kidding. the gambling floor is stupendous with all the latest games and excellent dealers

Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing did not want to leave. All staff members greeted us with a smile and were helpful when asked a question. Ate at the Chop House which is always delicious and a memorable experience. Love our short getaways to the Monarch!!!

Hotel rooms are nice other than the fact that hotel cleaning staff rung the doorbell to our room at 9am. It was so loud and rung multiple times we woke up in a panic thinking it was some kind of evacuation alarm. We didnt get back to our room until 4am the night before and then were abruptly woken up at 9 am and again at 10:30 am from housekeeping. We were only staying for one night so did not need housekeeping nor request it whatsoever. This was BEYOND distrustful, check out isn’t until 22pm so why were they ringing our doorbell at 9am?!! And then again at 10:30am?!! I’ve never had that happen to me at any other hotel ever. It felt like they were trying to force us out of our room so they could get it cleaned for the next guest. Extremely disrespectful.
