Rooms are great size. Definitely dated and in some need of minor repairs. A little disappointed that the doors in both bathrooms were quite dirty with drips and dirty fingerprints. Front desk was contacted upon arrival that one of the two bathrooms had no toilet paper or dispenser roll and second bathroom had less than 1/4 roll. We were asked if we were sure!!! She said she would send some up. Never did. We happened to find a roll in one of the closets and made do. Front desk staff was often seen chatting or scattering every time we walked by.

It's an older, historic hotel and the rooms reflect that. It's central location and attached $35/day self-park garage were the best features. The staff were very nice. In the heart of downtown, it is surrounded by ample restaurant options plus there's a nearby Starbucks. I would stay at a newer hotel next time.

Beautiful historic Art Deco hotel, but some of reception staff poorly trained regarding for example access to radio and charges or not of room entertainment on TV. Part of this may be the frequently less customer service oriented Hilton hotel chain, compared to other major hotel chains.

Nice experience. Rough bathroom cleanliness

Cleanliness of the room and bathroom was sub par. Bed was fine. Carpet had multiple stains. Lots of issues in the bathroom. The aesthetic of the hotel was amazing. Beautiful lobby. Amazing deco and atmosphere in restaurant and bar. I felt like i took a time warp to the 30s and 40s. I kept expecting Bing Crosby to walk in the room.
