This place was amazing! Stood out are the staff and cleanliness of this place i cant tell you more. It’s worth every penny! And breakfast and dinner buffet is so worth coming back!! It’s soo good and you have so many options!

I like the hotel most coz it’s just in front of the beach. Room is good, quiet, bed is comfy and clean. Well, it’s Boracay so it’s already expected that everywhere you go in that area is crowded even though it’s low season.

Family vacation July 2025

We enjoyed our stay at Henann Crystal Sands Resort. The location was close to restaurants and shops which was convenient. We had a direct pool access room which was worth it. The room was in good condition- clean, nice linens, lots of space. Overall, the resort presented well and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Charleez was our bartender at the rooftop pool and he provided excellent service to our entire family. The breakfast buffet was included with our stay. The food was good but it was quite chaotic with so many people every morning which made it a little stressful. Also, the constant solicitation for massage services and activities were a bother as soon as we stepped off the resort grounds. The beach was nice but it was windy which made the water rough for swimming. I would stay at this hotel again.

It’s nice place but with terrible lobby stuff, with high payment that no need for it! Price of that hotle is too high than other beside it.. with too much deposit upon arrival!

Great location right on the beach (if you want to be amongst the bars, restaurants and shops of Station 2). The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The rooms were practical and very comfortable. We dined at the seafood buffet in the main restaurant - which was good and had a good variety of food choices. The lower pool was good for swimming and the upper pool was good for relaxing, having a drink or food and watching the beach. All the staff were very good - special mention to Je Ann & Hydai who were really good with us and the rest of the family. One minor comment was the small number of sunbeds available on the beach - however, it would be a shame to overload the beach with sunbeds...

No doubt this is the top place to stay in Boracay, sure it might be the more expensive option but the extra cost is well worth it. From the free lavish breakfast to the fast and efficient transport service to and from the airport, everything is guided. Theres always people to help carry and shuffle you from point to point allowing you to fully relax. The hotel staff is also very accommodating and friendly. A fantastic experience. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, room cleaning staff were excellent. Would highly recommend this place, our stay was perfect.
