Overall, good price and location. We parked at the casino since it is free, onsite parking would have been preferable. One of the USB plugs on the nightstand was broken and the phone was unplugged. It would have been nice to have an extra pillow in the closet; we ended up using the couch pillows for the bed.

Parking isn’t free

The only thing I didn’t like was parking. As I had to park to get everyone up into the room and everything unloaded and we left to go do stuff this fee for 45 min $8.99. Next time we came back we had to park again in parking garage. This again 8.99 for 8 hours prob because it was the weekend. During the week I think you pay more. Anyways. We left the next morning 18.99 it cost us to be there over night plus a few more hours before checking out. There should be a discount offered if spending 200 dollars on a room for one night.

This will be my 3rd time booking at this hotel never had any bad experiences except this time. Check in was at 3PM but we arrived at 4:30PM and the front desk told us the room wasn't ready yet. We were told to wait 30-35 minutes until the room is cleaned. Waited 35 minutes and then was told the room is still not ready and didn't give an estimation this time. So instead of waiting for however long which the gentleman called and asked housekeeping and they hadn't even begun on our room so in that 35 minutes nothing happened so we asked if we could get another room and thankfully we got one right away at 5:30PM which is 2 hours and 30 minutes from 3PM check in. I'm disappointed I really like this hotel but I may look into a different hotel after this experience going forward.

Easy walking distance to the ball park.. with older kids and adults..not scary but little sketchy. room wasn’t ready at 3 for checkin but the room was clean when we finally got into it after the game. Kept the bags at the front desk until we could get into our rooms. Valet goes by 24 hours parking, they wanted to charge for another day after 3pm when the 140 game would have only lasted shortly after cutoff.. just listing things to be aware of for this hotel. No real complaints. Just different hospitality than at other places we have stayed around there.

The room was nicely laid out, quiet and it had a very nice shower. Also the breakfast was very enjoyable. However, we were never able to connect to the internet and it would have been nice to have a safe and a bedside clock. And we don’t remember seeing a telephone in the room. That being said, we would make a return visit!
