Love the tranquil gardens and bird sounds,never had bad food here.The bed was hard and made worn out sounds,I usually bring my own thin pillow but forgot,these pillows were too big and bulky-could not get comfortable.

Terrible experience and would never book again. Advised i could order breakfast at 11pm on arrival as i had an early start. Arrived and was told the opposite. Handed in key to 2 staff in the morning upon leaving and had a call from hotel after 10am asking when i would be checking out and was then accused of stealing and not paying for breakfast despite checking out and staff getting credit card details upon check in. Dispicable service

Nice place for our last night in Perth before we had an early flight home. Free shutttle to the airport was a great bonus but the time it takes does depend on traffic so check this carefully. Staff friendly and helpful.

It is a convenient hotel to airport. Shuttle bus is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Its not a hotel thats close to amenities unless you have a car, but bus stop outside takes you straight into Perth in no time. Its a hotel to stay in for when you arrive in Perth for a couple of days. We have stayed a few times and enjoyed it.

Perfect location. Great sized room for family quick trip. Only downside was only having 2 towels rather than 4 for the family but no real biggy as it was 1 night. Have stayed here many times throughout life, always convenient.

This is a very budget hotel which is masquerading as something that it is not. It quite obviously is capitalising on the FIFO industry and charging more than a five star hotel would charge for basically what is a budget motel. Staff were rude upon arrival, (with the exception of the lady I dealt with over the phone, she was nice and very professional) but the guy who checked me in with the grey beard? Rude, condescending, and had an overall bad attitude towards a paying guest right from the moment I arrived. For over 200 dollars for what was only a 6 hour stay, I would have expected more. The “shuttle bus” runs hourly and needs to be pre booked. It takes around 20 minutes each way. It takes around 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport too. Just an FYI for anyone who has just travelled internationally like I had. The place is in poor condition, there were cockroaches in my room. Half of the lights didn’t work. There were bags of rubbish outside the door when I arrived. Lighting didn’t work properly. The door couldn’t be properly closed. There were an endless list of negative experiences. I strongly advise against staying here if there’s other options available.
