The room was clean and neat. The snack machine was out of order, and the breakfast was skimpy—- bagel, muffin, or cold cereal was either Cheerios or coco puffs. The staff was friendly and helpful to find locations to eat and car washes, pleasant staff

Stayed 4 nights. I had Plenty of towels/ toiletries. Tiny but Well thought out rooms with plenty of closet & storage space. Excellent Price, room was decently clean. Not fancy but it was comfortable, clean, & practical on a budget. Friendly staff, ice machine on first floor. NOTE: NO Elevator, just stairs but they have downstairs rooms if needed. Free coffee, bagels, muffins, cereal, & juice in the lobby from 6-10. I will stay here again. GREAT Value

Room and bath not cleaned. German roach infested. Old badly worn and torn furniture. Microwave had old food inside. There 10 days had to beg for house cleaning or fresh towels even. Changed sheets the day before I checked out. Broken snack machine and only old cereal nothing else as advertised. Pathetic ineffective managenent.
