Good consistent service. Property needs to set expectations for check out time for guests and potentially extend breakfast service to 10:30 a m. for young families. Food was excellent and varied for young and old guests! Coffee service in main lobby must go until 2 p.m. to respect habits of all guests. Staff was friendly, helpful and communication was good. Make sure ice machine information is updated to avoid guests trusting between floors. For longer stays, sheet service should be every two to three days. Post in your lobby or make explicit at check- in that guests have the option to request sheet service, additional towels, soaps, shampoos conditioners...otherwise we are guessing and us sht ones aren't receiving top service 😂. Thank you for a great stay and your location to downtown was really convenient. I had a nice time exploring your city

Great Breakfast. Beds and pillows very comfortable. A/C Unit worked well on a very hot heatwave. Bathroom door handle was dislodge d and in need of repair. Shower soap\Shampoo holder was missing. Hallway walls were crumbling.

Room was not necessarily clean, and parking area was full of shady people just hanging out. Didn’t feel safe. Facility falling apart. Holes in the wall of my room. And Fire alarm went off at 5am and we all evacuated but when we ended up outside we were in back of the building and they made us walk back inside to get to the front::people were scared and there wasn’t any sense that staff knew what to do to direct people or help keep people calm.

They really need to do better

Needs a major updated, and it was dirty, ice machine they only had 1 working and, out of Oder bathrooms in the lobby, and the parking is awful if you could park on the bottom level it was ok if it was full and you had to go up the next level it was a nightmare my husband a hard time getting to the next level he has a full size truck!!!
