Mostly good

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Kings Island. We stayed 3 days and front desk staff was very nice. Hotel is also well kept with very clean rooms. On two of our three nights, our key cards did not work so we had to go to the office to get new room keys; the last night required 3 trips to the office to get the problem solved. That was really frustrating and exhausting after a 12 hour day at the park. My biggest frustration is that housekeeping never went in our room on any of the days we stayed; I don’t care about beds being made or towels not being changed everyday, but at least one time to empty trash would have been good; we had very full wastebaskets our whole stay.

Much better than expected!

This place is RBI and gave off some sketchy vibes when we arrived, despite the decent reviews. I thought we were probably going to end up leaving as we haven't had much luck with RBI hotels... But this turned out better than expected. I think the place, based on past reviews, was probably a pretty awful place, but it has clearly improved. The room was clean, the AC worked really well and we had zero issues. I was worried that there might be "long-term" residents outside late at night, etc. but there were zero issues with noise or shady individuals... With the exception of the guy shooting up in the parking lot of the restaurant next door as we were leaving. I'm not sure I'd stay here again simply because there are better options close by, but I wouldn't discourage people from staying here either.

Room was clean, guys at the front desk made check in check out easy and fast, pkus they were friendly. Breakfast that was served was hot and fresh. No complaints whatsoever. Will stay here again next trip to K.I.

Family and Budget in friendly!!!❤️

My grandson and I spent two nights there and we thought it was nice for the price and you get free breakfast (really good!!! )you get a free ride over and back to Kings Island on their shuttle van and it is not far from Kings Island. The pool is open till midnight and it felt so good when we got back from Kings Island to get in it a little while before going to bed. To us that's a plus+ all the way around!!! I highly recommend this place!!!! Our time there was great!!!!!

NOT A HOTEL despite the name

This is by no means a hotel. It is a MOTEL. There were multiple crackheads and truckers wandering the parking lot at 10pm and the pool was full of loud drunks. Is it close to Kings Island? Yes. Is it worth the $125 a night I paid? NO

Kids loved the pool area, breakfast was standard and kept the kids happy before heading to Kings Island. Room was spa ious and clean. Area around the hotel could use some up keep. For price it is about your standard or average motel feel. Shuttle service was provided and very prompt. Would stay again.

Disappointing room and unplesant smell

We booked a newly renovated non-smoking room based on the photos and reviews, but upon arrival, we were given an old room that smelled bad. The furniture had been changed to make the room look tidy, but the odor was unpleasant. Even though we asked to change rooms, the new one was just the same. Additionally, there was a gap under the front door through which you could see outside or inside. We had to block it with a towel.
