A Motel not a Hotel

2 days stay without shampoo in the room or bodywash just a piece of soap and conditioner...breakfast is terrible, all processed dead foods, coffee is tasteless (coffee powder) the staff are not presentable and never trained to be service attendants.Being very close to the highway the noise level needs a solution...for me this is not a hotel its more into a motel..call it a motel then guests wont be disappointed when seeing it in person..the door needs a push to close and the mini fridge was smelling bad as it was disconnected from electricity to save expenses!!! Everything smells and looks old linens carpets towels beddings

Probably one of the worst. Room was damp, a/c didn’t work well, hair in tub, mattresses sliding off frame, I actually left ab 10pm and went to another hotel. Very disappointing

I think in general the rooms are probably a nice stay, and would be great to come stay here in the summer to visit Kings Island. Our specific room had visible stains on the white comforter and bedding, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in knowing how dirty the place is. The curtains on the room were a little hard to maneuver to keep closed all the way. Our bathroom door knob was busted and hanging on by a thread, making it difficult to close the door all the way without fully being the one to break it off. The breakfast was mid at best, I think I would have rather just had the typical to-go items like cereal boxes, muffins, and yoghurt. Not the worst place I've been in, definitely fits the price.

The A/C unit can sometimes be inconsistent but besides that it was a great stay. Easy highway access.
