I won't be back

The blanket on our bed smelled horrible 😞. It had not been washed. When we advised the front desk they did not do anything nor did that act like they cared. It's really disgusting to reuse blankets without washing them. Did we not just deal with COVID?

There was hair all over the walls in the shower and the drain wouldn’t stay open. The carpet outside the rooms was worn and bubbling with a lot of wear and stains. The walkways in between the rooms seemed dark and could make one feel unsafe. The door on our room did close right and didn’t lock easily. A door separating the bathroom and sink would have been great.

We were in the area to go to Kings Island The hotel was super convenient for quick access to the amusement park. Several food option within walking distance. Front office staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you’re in the Mason OH area.

Great hotel, great staff, and a large pool for swimming. It was outdoors but was clearly heated and was the warmest pool (temperature) out of all three locations that we stayed during our trip. My only mild complaint was that the door to the bathroom would stick and it took some force to open, but would absolutely recommend this hotel for everything else mentioned.
