When i checked in i was hit with a unexpected 100$ on my debit card because, i did the reservation through this website. I got to the room already already annoyed, and my rooms bed only had two pillows, and my husband and I had a really rough sleep. The pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. We wanted to shower as soon as we got in the room so we did that... there was no shampoo or conditioner supplied. So we just washed our bodys and not our hair. Went to use a wash cloth.. it had hair in the fold of it. Honestly over all experience was not good. The only good thing is the staff was friendly and informative.

Never got to stay after booking when we pulled up it was stated to us they had no two beds room available the lady said age tried to call me multiple times but I didn’t receive any call because I would of canceled before 6 so we could get our refund

We booked for one night, thinking an "extended stay" would be better than average for a hotel room. But if I was to describe the room in a few words, it would be "prison cell-esque". Very austere, not terribly clean, and the bed was terrible. The staff member was nice, but that's about the only good thing I can say.

The Wifi speed is about 1 Mbs, but was at 0.01 Mbs for a while. When I complained about it, I was given a number to call, rather than them calling it. When watching YouTube or Netflix on the TV, the picture often freezes. They don't clean your room or provide any real service unless you pay extra for it. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Other than those things, it was fine. It is nice to have a stove, sink and refrigerator in the room.

The reviews I read that made me feel like this would be a decent rental are misleading. The beds are extremely cheap and uncomfortable, the building was super noisey, the neighboring area seems very... unkept. All my guest and I did upon walking into the room was putnour stuff down, sit in the chair and discuss an alternative place to stay for the weekend We then promotymky left. I did NOT get my security deposit back nor a refund of any manner ehich i feel is completely unprofessional of a business that cannot provide the hospitality it had been paid for. Biggest waste to spend money on staying here.
